31 perihal Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka Perseroan telah
memenuhi kewajiban Public Expose Tahunan.

Based on the I-E Exchange Regulation, the Company submits the Public Expose material in accordance with the
Annual Audited Financial Statements on 31 Desember 2025 which has been submitted via 008/CFO-MCOM/III/2026
dated 2026-03-31 regarding Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan. In this regard, the Company has fulfilled the
obligations of the Annual Public Expose.
