Menyetujui pengunduran diri Ibu Annisa Lisaana Sidgin Aliyya dari jabatannya sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan Perseroan, dan 2. Mengangkat Bapak Rizki Akbar Maulana sebagai Sekretaris Perseroan. Segala tugas, tanggung jawab, serta fungsi dari Sekretaris Perseroan mengacu kepada POJK No. 35 /POJK.04/2014 berikut perubahannya di kemudian hari.
