Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material I. Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk berkedudukan
di Jakarta Pusat ( selanjutnya disebut SMMA ) telah
melakukan pembelian saham PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali
Indonesia, berkedudukan di Jakarta Selatan yaitu sebanyak
221 ( dua ratus dua puluh satu ) lembar saham atau
sebesar Rp.22.100.000.000,- ( dua puluh miliar seratus juta
Rupiah ) atau sebesar 2 % ( dua persen ) dari PT Puncak
Nusantara, berkedudukan di Jakarta Selatan.
II. Jumlah transaksi penjualan saham tidak melebihi 20
% dari ekuitas Perusahaan , sehingga transaksi tersebut
tidak bersifat material.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik
