PT CHITOSE INTERNASIONAL Tbk = Rp 4.950.000.000,- (33%)

In relation to the shareholder's plan to increase capital in PT OKAMURA CHITOSE INDONESIA for
Rp 10.000.000.000,- (ten billion Rupiah) proportionally, we hereby committed to complete the additional
capital payment no later than December 2023 so that the composition of shareholders of PT OKAMURA
CHITOSE INDONESIA remain unchanged. The details of the increase capital is as follow:
OKAMURA CORPORATION = Rp 6.700.000.000,- (67%)
PT CHITOSE INTERNASIONAL Tbk = Rp3.300.000.000,- (33%)
