Menindaklanjuti surat pengunduran diri tersebut, Perseroan
akan menanggapinya dan memutuskannya dalam Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) pada tanggal 23
April 2026 dengan memperhatikan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan
serta Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku, dengan
penjelasan yang lebih rinci pada saat Perseroan
menyampaikan panggilan kepada pemegang saham untuk
menghadiri RUPST yang akan diumumkan pada tanggal 1
April 2026 melalui website Perseroan.

Facts Herlani Masli Ridhwan from his position as Independent
Commissioner of the Company on 31st March 2026.
In regard to the Resignation Letter, the Company will respond
and decide it at the Annual General Meeting of the
Shareholders (AGMS) which will be held on 23 April 2026 in
accordance to Articles of Association of the Company and the
prevailing laws and regulations, with a more detailed
explanation at the time the Company submit the invitation to
the shareholders to attend the AGMS which will be published
on 1 April 2026 in the Company website.
