Pada tanggal 30 November 2023 pemegang saham Perseroan yaitu PT Damai Investama Sukses dan PT MS! Investama Abadi dengan PT Samindo Resources Tbk telah melakukan penandatanganan SPA dengan kesepakatan pengalihan jumlah lembar saham kepada PT Samindo Resources Tbk sebanyak 1.117.548.000 (satu miliar seratus tujuh belas juta lima ratus empat puluh delapan ribu) lembar saham dalam Perseroan atau 7446 (tujuh puluh empat persen) | On 30 November 2023, the Company's shareholders, namely PT Damai Investama Sukses and PT MSJ Investama Abadi with PT Samindo Resources Tbk, signed an SPA with an agreement on the number of shares to PT Samindo amounting to 1,117,548,000 (one billion one hundred seventeen million five hundred and forty eight thousand) shares in the Company or 7496 (seventy four percent).
