Summary
Profit and Loss
1. Revenue grew by 1.2% YoY to Rp4.42T, with improved gross profit margin from 43.1% in FY24
to 43.6% in FY25.
2. EBITDA margin increased to 11.1% or Rp490B in FY25 from 10.4% or Rp455B in FY24.
3. S&M (excl A&P) slightly increased from 12.2% to 12.3% of revenue in FY25 given continuous
development of sales infrastructure, while G&A decreased to 7.6% of revenue in FY25 vs 8.3%
in FY24 contributed by more efficient operation.
4. A&P as % of revenue went up from 17.7% in FY24 to 18.4% in FY25.
5. All in all, FY25 NPAT reached Rp126B, representing 2.8% of total revenue, and an increase of
Rp37B from FY24.
Balance Sheet and Cash Flows
1. CCC were stable at 63 days in FY25, the same as FY24.
2. Strong FY25 operating CF at Rp638B (vs Rp409B in FY24), used for loan repayment.
3. O/S bank loan is at Rp1.5T as of Dec-25, 11.8% lower (~Rp200B net principal repayment) vs
Dec-24, and as a result, net debt / equity improved to 0.8 from 1.0.
