Expose Secara Elektronik, dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan pemberitahuan rencana penyelenggaraan Public
Expose Tahun 2023 yang akan diselenggarakan secara elektronik pada:

Pihak Manajemen yang akan hadir pada Public Expose ini adalah Anggota Direksi dan Sekretaris Perusahaan
Perseroan. Pendaftaran Public Expose Perseroan dapat dilakukan sampai selambat-lambatnya tanggal 14 Desember
2023 pada pukul 17.00 WIB. Seluruh partisipan wajib melakukan pendaftaran untuk mendapatkan informasi meeting ID
dan password. Sesuai ketentuan butir III.3.3.4 Peraturan Bursa Efek lndonesia Nomor I-E, materi Public Expose akan
kami sampaikan 3 {tiga) hari bursa sebelum tanggal penyelenggaraan. Demikian surat ini kami sampaikan. Atas

Expose Plan, hereby PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk. conveys the following information:
In order to fulfill the Decree of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30
September 2022 concerning Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning the Obligation to Submit Information
and PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Circular Letter No. SE-00003/BEI/05-2020 dated 29 May 2020 concerning Procedures
forImplementing an Electronic Public Expose, the Company hereby submits notification of plans to organize a Public
Expose in 2023 which will be held electronically on:

ofpoint III.3.3.4 of Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-E, we will submit Public Expose material 3 {three)
bourse days before the holding date.
