Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 52 — 53 Jakarta Selatan 12190 Perihal : Penjelasan atas Perubahan lebih dari 20Y6 Pos Total Aset dan/atau Total Liabilitas Dengan Hormat, Dalam rangka memenuhi keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor Kep- 00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 1 Oktober 2022 perihal Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi khususnya butir ITI.1.1.4, Bersama ini kami sampaikan penjelasan atas perubahan lebih dari 20”6 (dua puluh persen) pada pos Total Aset dan/atau Total Liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan per 30 September 2023 dibandingkan dengan laporan keuangan tahunan auditan per 31 Desember 2022 sebagai berikut : - Total Aset dan Total Liabilitas mengalami peningkatan masing — masing sebesar 60,61Y6 dan 58,146 pada tanggal 30 September 2023 dibandingkan pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022. - Peningkatan tersebut terutama disebabkan adanya peningkatan premi bruto pada triwulan ke — 3 dalam periode berjalan yang mengakibatkan peningkatan pada sisi aset terutama pada pos Piutang Premi, Piutang dan Aset Reasuransi dan peningkatan pada sisi Liabilitas terutama pada pos Utang reasuransi dan Liabilitas Asuransi. - Peningkatan Total Aset dan Total Liabilitas tidak berdampak terhadap kinerja keuangan Perseroan tahun berjalan. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 52— 53 South Jakarta 12190 Subject : Explanation of Changes of more than 2096 in Total Assets and/or Total Liabilities Dear Sir/Madam, In order to comply with the decision of the Board of Directors of PT Indonesia Stock Exchange number Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022 dated October 1, 2022 concening Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concening Obligations to Submit Information, especially point III. 1.1.4, we hereby provide an explanation of changes of more than 2046 (twenty percent) in the Total Assets and/or Total Liabilities post in the financial statement as of September 30, 2023 compared to the annual audited financial statement as of December 31, 2022 as follow : - Total Assets and Total Liabilities increased by 60.6146 and 581446 respectively on September 30, 2023 compared to December 31, 2022. - This increase was mainly due to an increase in gross premiums in the 3" guarter of the current period which resulted an increase on the Asset side, especially in the Premium Receivables, Receivables and Reinsurance Assets posts and an increase on the Liabilities side, especially in the Reinsurance Payables and Insurance Liabilities Posts. - The increase in Total Assets and Total Liabilities had no impact to the current year Company 's financial performance.
