IFISHDECO Tbk Detail of Information or Material Fact Perubahan yang dilakukan antara lain perubahan atas nilai plafon pinjaman menjadi Rp 20.000.000.000 (dua puluh miliar Rupiah) dengan jangka waktu yang sama dengan perjanjian sebelumnya. Tujuan dari Perjanjian ini adalah untuk keperluan modal kerja PT BNI. Pihak-pihak dalam Perjanjian i. Perseroan, dan ii. PT BNI, suatu perseroan terbatas yang didirikan dan tunduk berdasarkan hukum Negara Republik Indonesia. Merupakan anak perusahaan Perseroan secara langsung dengan kepemilikan saham 999246. On 28 November 2023, the Company signed an Amendment to Loan Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Company and PT Berkat Nikel Indonesia (“PT BNI”), in relation to provide loans to be used for working capital of PT BNI. The said Amendment in relation to changing the plafond transaction becomes Rp 20,000,000,000 (two billion Rupiah) wilh the term of the Agreement is same as the previous agreement. The purpose of the Agreement is to provide PT BNI's capital working. Parties to the Agreement: i. Company, and Hi. PT BNI, a company established and subject to laws of Ihe Republic of Indonesia. A direct subsidiary of the Company with 99.9246 shares ownership. Penjelasan, pertimbangan dan alasan dilakukannya transaksi Explanation, consideration and reason for the transaction Pertimbangan dan alasan dilakukan transaksi ini adalah untuk menambah modal kerja dalam upaya pengembangan usaha PT BNI. The consideration and reason for this transaction is to raise working capital as PT BNI's business expansion plan. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan The impact of the occurrence, information or material facts on the operational, legal, financial condition or business continuity of the Company Tidak ada dampak yang material yang merugikan terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan atas kejadian tersebut di atas. Transaksi ini juga bukan merupakan transaksi material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK No. 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha: | Other Information 1.
