Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 28 November 2023, Perseroan menandatangani
perjanjian fasilitas pinjaman dengan PT Bank Danamon
Indonesia Tbk, sehubungan dengan penambahan plafon
fasilitas modal kerja Kredit Berjangka (KB) sebesar Rp 70
miliar kepada Perseroan. Fasilitas pinjaman tersebut akan
digunakan untuk keperluan modal kerja Perseroan.
Kredit Berjangka (KB) :
Plafond Awal : Rp 30.000.000.000,-
Penambahan : Rp 70.000.000.000,-
Total Plafond : Rp 100.000.000.000,-
Jangka Waktu : Sejak tanggal efektif fasilitas s/d tanggal 12
Agustus 2024
Suku Bunga : 7,75% per tahun
Tujuan : Modal Kerja
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak Terhadap Kondisi Keuangan Perseroan :
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan - Memperkuat kondisi keuangan Perseroan karena
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, tambahan fasilitas modal kerja; dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau - Berdampak positif terhadap kelangsungan usaha

Description of Material Information or On November 28th, 2023, the Company signed loan facility
Facts agreement with PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk in relation to
the additional working capital limit facility of Rp 70 billion of
Term Credit facility (KB) to the Company. The loan facility will
be used for the Company's working capital purposes.
Term Credit (KB) :
Initial Limit : Rp 30,000,000,000,-
Additional : Rp 70,000,000,000,-
Total Limit : Rp 100,000,000,000,-
Loan Term : From the effective date of the facility
until August 12th, 2024
Interest Rate : 7.75% per annum
Purpose : Working Capital

facts towards Issuers or Public - Strengthen the financial condition of the Company
Company’s operational activities, legal, due to additional working capital facilities; and
financial condition, or going concern - Have a positive impact on the continuity of the
