(internet, SAP, BPM dll) yang telah digunakan olehnya kepada
MPI sebagai bentuk dukungan bisnis kepada MPI (anak
perusahaan Perseroan) agar MPI dapat menjalankan kegiatan
usahanya secara ekonomis dan efisien. Dukungan bisnis ini
berlaku hingga tanggal 31 Desember 2026

Business Support Agreement between the Company and PT
Type of Material Information or Facts Medco Power Indonesia (MPI), a directly and indirectly wholly
owned subsidiary of the Company.

subsidiary) as part of business support, in order for MPI to be
able to conduct its business in economical and efficient
manner. Such business support shall be available for the
period of up to 31 December 2026.
