Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 28 November 2023, PT Belayan River Timber
yang merupakan entitas anak Perseroan melaksanakan
peningkatan modal dengan menerbitkan saham sebanyak
217.990 lembar saham untuk
dengan nominal sebesar Rp. 1.407.450 dalam rangka
ekspansi bisnis di bidang kehutanan.
Dengan dilaksanakannya penerbitan saham baru tersebut,
maka kepemilikan Perseroan atas PT Belayan River Timber
akan terdilusi dari sebelum nya 99.32% menjadi sebesar
81.44%.
Nilai transaksi atas penerbitan saham baru tersebut adalah
sebesar Rp.306.810.025.500.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kepemilikan Perseroan pada PT Belayan River Timber akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terdilusi dari 99.32% menjadi sebesar 81.44%.

shares totaling 217,990 shares with a nominal value of Rp.
1,407,450 for business expansion in the forestry sector.
With the issuance of these new shares, the Company's
ownership of PT Belayan River Timber will be diluted from the
previous 99.32% to 81.44%.
The transaction value for the issuance of new shares is IDR
