Berkenaaan dengan hal tersebut, maka Perseroan telah memenuhi kewajiban Paparan Publik tahunan sesuai dengan ketentuan III.3.1 Peraturan BEI No. I-E, serta tidak menyelenggarakan acara virtual ataupun fisik, termasuk tidak menyampaikan hasil Paparan Publik tahunan. In this regard, the Company has fulfilled the Annual Public Expose obligation in accordance with provision IM.3.1 of BEI Regulation No. I-£ and does not conduct an Annual Public Expose whether virtually or physically, including does not submit the results ofthe Annual Public Expose.
