Lapangan Banteng Timur No. 2 - 4 Jakarta 10710 : Explanation of changes in Liability Accounts of PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk Based on the Consolidated Financial Statements for the Years Ended December 31, 2025 and 2024 Subject Dear Sir/Madam, In reference to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 dated 16 December 2015 and the provisions of Regulation I-£ as attached to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-306/BEJ/07-2004 dated 19 July 2004 concerning the Obligation to Disclose Information, and in connection with the issuance of the Company's Consolidated Financial Statements for the years ended 31 December 2025 and 2024, PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk (the “Company”) hereby provides an explanation regarding changes in the Company's liability accounts. — - - FK LOGINDO serve with integrity AS$85.268.402 pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 menjadi sebesar AS$53.082.811 pada tanggal 31 Desember 2025, atau menurun sebesar AS$32.185.591 atau sekitar 37,74. Penurunan liabilitas tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh pelunasan pokok pinjaman kreditur pada tahun 2025 sebesar AS$30.706.453. Manajemen Perseroan menilai bahwa penurunan liabilitas tersebut merupakan bagian dari strategi deleveraging untuk memperkuat struktur permodalan Perseroan. Pengurangan liabilitas berbunga diharapkan dapat menurunkan beban keuangan serta meningkatkan rasio solvabilitas Perseroan. Kondisi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pemegang saham dan mitra bisnis terhadap kinerja dan prospek Perseroan. Demikian penyampaian ini kami sampaikan. The decrease in liabilities was mainly attributable to the obligation to settle loan principal to creditors in 2025, amounting to US$30, 706,453. The Company's management assesses that the decrease in liabilities forms part of the deleveraging strategy to strengthen the Company's capital structure. The reduction in interest-bearing liabilities is expected to decrease financial burden and improve the company's solvency ratio. This condition is expected to enhance shareholder and business partner confidence in the company's performance and prospects. Thus, we submit this report.
