PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR MEDCDRCK4A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (“MEDC”) pada tanggal 21
November 2023 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur MEDCDRCK4A sebagaimana disebutkan
dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang
akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur MEDCDRCK4A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai
karena jumlah penyesuaian kurang dari 2 % (dua persen) dari Harga Pelaksanaan dan/atau Rasio
Pelaksanaan yang diubah.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT MEDCDRCK4A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (“MEDC”) dated 21
November 2023, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant MEDCDRCK4A as stated in the
Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be made to
structured warrant MEDCDRCK4A pursuant to the Cash Dividend as the adjustment amount is less
than 2% (two percent) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of MEDCDRCK4A.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
