(Rapat), yang dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, 21 November 2023, pada mata acara pertama terkait Persetujuan perubahan Anggaran Perseroan sehubungan dengan — pemecahan nilai nominal saham (Stock Split), Pasal 4 ayat 1 dan 2 menjadi sebagai berikut: Ayat (1) Modal dasar Perseroan ini” berjumlah Rp 190.000.000.000 (seratus sembilan puluh miliar Rupiah), terbagi atas 1.520.000.000 d4 miliar lima ratus dua puluh juta) saham, masing — msing saham bernilai nominal Rp125 (seratus dua puluh lima Rupiah). Ayat (2) Dari modal dasar tersebut telah ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dengan uang tunai sebanyak 384.000.000 (tiga ratus delapan puluh empat juta) saham dengan nilai nominal seluruhnya — sebesar Rp48.000.000.000 (empat puluh delapan miliar Rupiah) oleh para Pemegang Shareholders (Meeting), which was held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, on the first agenda item related” to Approval of changes to the Company's Articles in connection with the split of the nominal value of shares (Stock Split), Article 4 paragraphs 1 and 2 are as follows: Paragraphs (1) The authorized capital of this Company is IDR 190,000,000,000 (one hundred and ninety billion Rupiah), divided into 1,520,000,000 (en billion five hundred and twenty million) shares, each share has a nominal value of IDR 125 (one hundred and twenty five Rupiah).
