Fact (“PIS”) selaku Pemegang Saham Utama
Perseroan telah mengalihkan sebanyak
216.515.120 sahamnya dalam Perseroan
kepada PT Jast Infotek Grup (“JIG”). Pada
transaksi tersebut, terjadi perubahan
pengendalian langsung terhadap
Perseroan dimana JIG memiliki 20%
saham Perseroan secara langsung, akan
tetapi tidak terdapat perubahan Penerima
Manfaat Akhir Perseroan.

On 20 November 2023 and 27 November
2023, PT Persada Inti Sejahtera ("PIS") as
the Main Shareholder of the Company has
transferred of 216,515,120 shares in the
Company to PT Jast Infotek Grup ("JIG"). In
this transaction, there was a change in
direct control of the Company where JIG
directly owned 20% of the Company's
shares, however the ultimate beneficial
owner of the Company remains the same.
