                                              regarding paid-in/placed capital:
                                              Based on the Deed of Decision Statement of All Shareholders
                                              of Limited Liability Company PT Clanixx Jaya Sentosa
                                              Number: 14 dated 23 November 2023, made in front of Retno
                                              Hertiyanti, SH, MH, Notary in Semarang, notification of which
                                              was received by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the
                                              Republic of Indonesia via Letter Receipt of Notification of
                                              Amendment to Articles of Association No. AHU-AH.01.03-
                                              0147325 dated 27 November 2023, has approved the
                                              conversion of part of PT's debt. Clanixx Jaya Sentosa to PT.
                                              Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk amounting to Rp.
                                              900,000,000,- into capital participation of 900 shares with a
                                              nominal value of Rp. 1,000,000,- per share, as well as
                                              agreeing to convert part of debt PT. Clanixx Jaya Sentosa to
                                              PT Dafam Mambo International amounting to Rp.
                                              10,100,000,000,- for capital participation of 10,100 shares with
                                              a nominal value of Rp. 1,000,000,- per share. So the structure
                                              of paid-in capital changes to:
                                              - PT Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk amounting to Rp.
                                              1,400,000,000,- (5.71%)
                                              - PT Dafam Mambo International amounting to Rp.
                                              23,100,000,000,- (94.29%)
                                              The transactions mentioned above are based on the
                                              provisions of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter (b) number 3, POJK
                                              Number.42/POJK.04/2020, which are exempt transactions.
