Pertumbuhan Pendapatan sebesar 9,1% menjadi Rp112,3 Miliar di
tahun 2025
9.1% Revenue Growth to IDR 112.3 billion for the year 2025
Perseroan dengan ini mengumumkan pencapaian kinerja keuangan tahun 2025 dengan
mencatatkan total pendapatan sebesar Rp112,3 miliar.
The Company hereby announced its financial performance for the year 2025 by recording total
revenue of IDR 112.3 billion.
Transformasi bisnis strategis yang dijalankan Perseroan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir terus
membuahkan hasil positif, tercermin dari pertumbuhan pendapatan sebesar 9,1% secara
tahunan. Sejalan dengan peningkatan tersebut, EBITDA Perseroan tumbuh signifikan sebesar
27,0%, meningkat dari Rp29,7 miliar pada tahun 2024 menjadi Rp37,7 miliar pada tahun
2025.
The strategic business transformation undertaken by the Company continues to demonstrate
positive results, with 9.1% yearly revenue growth. This effectively drove a 27.0% increase in
EBITDA, from IDR 29.7 billion in 2024 to IDR 37.7 billion in 2025.
Pertumbuhan EBITDA yang melampaui laju pertumbuhan pendapatan ini merupakan hasil
dari pengendalian biaya operasional yang disiplin serta optimalisasi skala ekonomi
(economies of scale). Hal ini didorong oleh ekspansi lahan gudang yang disewakan, di mana
hingga akhir tahun 2025, total luas lahan gudang produktif mencapai 170.283 m², meningkat
17,2% dibandingkan posisi tahun 2024 sebesar 145.250 m².
The higher growth of EBITDA than revenue is attributable to the successful implementation of
operational cost controls and economies of scale enhancements. This performance was further
supported by expansion of the Company’s leasable warehouse areas in which up to end of
2025, the total leased areas were 170,283 sq.m., representing a 17.2% increase from 145,250
sq.m. in 2024.
Prospek dan Rencana Strategis Perseroan/ Forward-Looking Outlook.
Menyusul penandatanganan perjanjian sewa gudang strategis dengan J&T Cargo pada
Februari 2026 senilai Rp221 miliar untuk jangka waktu 10 tahun, Perseroan saat ini tengah
berada dalam tahap negosiasi intensif dengan beberapa calon penyewa bereputasi tinggi
untuk kontrak jangka panjang.
Following the signation of a strategic warehouse lease agreement with J&T Cargo in February
2026—valued at IDR 221 billion for a 10-year tenure—the Company is currently in
negotiations with several blue-chip prospective tenants for long-term lease commitments.

Langkah ini selaras dengan peta jalan strategis Perseroan untuk meningkatkan tingkat
hunian lahan pergudangan. Fokus pada kontrak jangka panjang diharapkan dapat
menghasilkan pendapatan yang berkelanjutan di masa depan dan memperkuat struktur arus
kas Perseroan.
