Operational Updates of
PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk.
Direksi (“BOD”) PT. Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (“Perseroan” dan bersama-sama dengan
anak perusahaannya, “Grup”) mengacu kepada Laporan Tahunan FY2021 yang telah
disampaikan pada tanggal 31 Mei 2022; Update Tengah Tahun yang telah disampaikan pada
tanggal 22 Juli 2022; Project Milestone Update – I yang telah disampaikan pada 19 September
2022; Project Milestone Update – II yang telah disampaikan pada 25 Oktober 2022; Public
Expose Tahunan yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 28 Desember 2022; dan Project
Milestone Update – III yang telah disampaikan pada tanggal 2 Februari 2023.
Direksi ingin memberikan informasi terbaru kepada pemegang saham mengenai progress
pengembangan 500tpd Flotation and Carbon-In-Leach Processing Facility Plant (“Fasilitas
Pemrosesan 500tpd”) di Ciemas Gold Project.
Menindaklanjuti pengumuman di atas, Direksi ingin menginformasikan bahwa:
• Operasi penambangan Grup telah mencapai target tingkat penambangan sebesar
15.000 ton per bulan. Desain pit operasi memungkinkan penambangan yang selektif
sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya penambangan;
• Fasilitas Pemrosesan Grup saat ini dioperasikan 24 jam. Operasional saat ini mencapai
300 ton per hari dengan tingkat pemulihan berkisar antara 60% hingga 80%; dan
• Pada bulan November 2023, Grup telah memproduksi 7.713 gram Gold Dore dan
17.333 gram Gold Dore berupa Pregnant Carbon Content yang belum dipisahkan dan
dilebur.
Kecuali jika terjadi keadaan yang tidak terduga, untuk beberapa bulan mendatang, melalui
perencanaan yang cermat, pengelolaan limbah, dan penambangan selektif, Grup berharap
dapat mempertahankan aktivitas penambangannya pada tingkat 500 ton per hari. Grup
terus mengidentifikasi dan mencermati processing circuit untuk meningkatkan efisiensi
pemrosesan, pemulihan yang efektif, dan kapasitas produksi berkelanjutan.
Direksi Perseroan akan terus memberikan pembaruan (update) sebagaimana mestinya.
Para pemegang saham Perseroan dan calon investor disarankan untuk berhati-hati dalam
bertransaksi efek Perseroan dan disarankan untuk membaca pengumuman ini dan
pengumuman lebih lanjut dari Perseroan dengan seksama. Jika ragu, pemegang saham

The Board of Directors (“BOD”) of PT. Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (the “Company” and
together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) refers to the FY2021 Annual Report released on 31
May 2022, the Mid-Year Update released on July 22, 2022, the Project Milestone Update – I
released on September 19, 2022; the Project Milestone Update – II released on October 25,
2022; the Annual Public Expose held on December 28, 2022; and the Project Milestone Update
– III released on February 2, 2023. The BOD wishes to provide an update to shareholders on the
progress of the development of the 500tpd Flotation and Carbon-In-Leach Processing Facility
(“500tpd Processing Facility”) at the Ciemas Gold Project.
Subsequent to the above announcements, the BOD wishes to inform that:
• The Group’s mining operations has achieved its target mining rate of 15,000 tonnes
per month. The operating pit design has enabled selective mining which resulted in
increased efficiency and reduced mining costs;
• The Group’s Processing Facility is currently being operated on a 24-hour basis. The
current operations is at 300 tonnes per day with a recoverability rate ranging between
60% to 80%; and
• In November 2023, the Group produced 7,713 grams of Gold Dore and 17,333 grams
of Gold Dore that is in the form of Pregnant Carbon Content which has yet to be
stripped and smelted.
Barring unforeseen circumstances, for the upcoming months, through careful planning, waste
management and selective mining, the Group expects to sustain its mining activities at 500
tonnes per day. The Group continues to identify and address its processing circuit to improve
its processing efficiency, effective recoverability and sustainable uptime.
The Board will continue to provide updates as and when necessary.
