Per 31 Desember 2025, Total Aset Perseroan meningkat sebesar 27” menjadi Rp3.121.591.205.147 dari Rp2.450.751.633.345 per 31 Desember 2024, sedangkan Total Liabilitas meningkat sebesar 3544 menjadi Rp2.093.533.282.568 dari Rp1.550.144.221437 per 31 Desember 2024. Kenaikan Total Aset disebabkan oleh Investasi meningkat sebesar 36Yc menjadi Rp2.079.298.342.696 per 31 Desember 2025 dari Rp1.525.266.002.189 per 31 Desember 2024, khususnya untuk Investasi Efek. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 Mr. Adi Pratomo Aryanto Head of Company Valuation Division 2 Attention Regarding Explanation of Changes Exceeding 204 in The Total Assets and Total Liabilities of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk (“the Company”) Dear Sir, Referring to the Bursa Efek Indonesia Regulation No. I-E regarding the Obligation of Information Disclosure, particularly — provision — No. NAA.4 (Attachment to the Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated September 30, 2022), we hereby provide an explanation of the change exceeding 2096 in the total assets and liabilities of the Company. As of December 31, 2025, the Company's Total Assets increased by 2796 to Rp3,121,591,205 147 Trom Rp2450,751,633,345 as of December 31, 2024, while Total Liabilities increased by 354 to Rp2093533282568 from Rp1,550,144,221,437 as of December 31, 2024. The increase in Total Assets was driven by a 364 rise in Investments to Rp2,079,298,342,696 as of December 31, 2025, from Rp1,525,266,002,189 as of December 31, 2024, particulary in Marketable Securities. yang merupakan komponen dari Liabilitas Kontrak Asuransi sebesar 15996 menjadi Rp748.899.309.523 per 31 Desember 2025 dari Rp288.810.940422 per 31 Desember 2024. Kenaikan Total Liabilitas disebabkan oleh kenaikan Liabilitas Kontrak Asuransi sebesar 32Y6 menjadi Rp1.820.855.422.550 per 31 Desember 2025 Rp1.379476.358492 per 31 Desember 2024. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya kenaikan Estimasi Liabilitas Kontrak Asuransi atas Sisa Masa Pertanggungan sebesar 645 menjadi Rp524.650.265.807 per Desember 2025 dari Rp319.037.361.641 per 31 Desember 2024 terutama untuk jenis asuransi kebakaran dan asuransi kesehatan. The increase in Total Liabilities was driven by a 324 rise in Insurance Contract Liabilities to Rp1,820,855422,550 as of December 31, 2025, from Rp1,379,476,358,492 as of December 31, 2024. This was mainly due to a 644 increase in Estimated Insurance Contract Liabilities for the Remaining Coverage Period, reaching Rp524,650,265,807 as of December 31, 2025, from Rp319,037,361,641 as of December 31, 2024 primarily for fire insurance and health insurance.
