Melalui surat ini, kami atas nama Perseroan, menyampaikan informasi sebagaimana disyaratkan
dalam (i) Peraturan OJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan OJK No.
32/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka dengan Memberikan Hak
Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu ("POJK 14/2019"), (ii) Peraturan I-A Surat Keputusan Direksi
BEI No. KEP-00101/BEI/12-2021 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-A tentang
Pencatatan Saham dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain Saham yang Diterbitkan oleh Perusahaan
Tercatat (“Peraturan I-A”) dan (iii) Surat Edaran BEI No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 tentang
Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Program Kepemilikan Saham (“SE 02/2020”), sebagai berikut:

This disclosure is made for MESOP I in
reference to IDX Letter No. S-
07358/BEI.PP2/10-2021 dated October 8th,
2021 concerning Approval of Securities Listing
in the Framework of MESOP Phase I as
announced by IDX through Exchange
Announcement No. Peng-P-
01603/BEI.PP2/10-2021 via the
www.idx.co.id page (“Pre- Listing
Approval”).
Hasil MESOP I Tahun 2023 dengan periode
pelaksanaan terhitung sejak tanggal 2 Oktober
2023 sampai dengan tanggal 10 November
2023 (“Periode Pelaksanaan”) adalah
sebagai berikut:/
The results of MESOP I of 2023 exercised for
the period starting from October 2nd, 2023 to
November 10th, 2023 (the “Exercise Period”)
are as follows:
a. Jumlah opsi yang telah dilaksanakan
sebanyak 19.641.650 saham. Total
persentase dilusi saham dari seluruh
pemegang saham Perseroan setelah
pelaksanaan MESOP adalah sebesar
0.019%./ The number of option that has
been exercised is 19.641.650 shares. The
total percentage of dilution of shares of all
shareholders of the Company after the
implementation of MESOP is 0.019%.
b. Jumlah opsi yang belum dilaksanakan dan
masih berlaku sebanyak-banyaknya
5.022.397.437 saham. / The number of
options that have not been implemented
and are still valid is a maximum amount of
up to 5.022.397.437 shares.
c. Jumlah opsi yang belum dilaksanakan dan
habis masa berlakunya sebanyak nihil./ The
number of options that have not been
exercised and have expired is nil.
Pelaksanaan MESOP I Perseroan akan
dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tanggal vesting
yang disepakati antara peserta dan Perseroan./
The exercise of the Company’s MESOP I will be
carried out in accordance with the vesting date
