Senior oleh dan antara : (i) SCS dan JSU sebagai Debitur; (ii)
BCA dan SMI sebagai Para Kreditur, dengan Perseroan
sebagai Sponsor.
SCS dan JSU telah menerima fasilitas pinjaman maksimal
sebesar Rp1.500.000.000.000,- (satu triliun lima ratus milliar
Rupiah).
Keterangan lebih lanjut diuraikan pada lampiran diatas.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Tambahan dana yang diperoleh akan mempercepat
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pengembangan Subang Smartpolitan sebagai proyek utama
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, grup Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The Senior Term Loan Facility Agreement has been signed by
Facts and between: (i) SCS and JSU as Borrowers; (ii) BCA and SMI
as Lenders, with the Company as the Sponsor.
SCS and JSU have received a maximum loan facility of IDR
1,500,000,000,000 (one trillion five hundred billion Rupiah)
