Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Transaksi ini merupakan transaksi penambahan penyertaan
modal yang dilakukan Perseroan dalam rangka mendukung
kegiatan usaha PT Pigijo Travelindo Sakti (PTS) terutama
memenuhi kebutuhan modal kerja. Sehingga susunan
pemegang saham setelah transaksi adalah PT Tourindo Guide
Indonesia Tbk sebanyak 19.999 (sembilan belas ribu sembilan
ratus sembilan puluh sembilan) saham atau setara dengan
99,995% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan sembilan
lima persen) dan Adi Putera Widjaja sebanyak 1 (satu) saham
atau setara dengan 0,005% (nol koma nol nol lima persen).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan, dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan untuk

Indonesia Tbk with 19,999 (nineteen thousand nine hundred
