         ELNUSA – STT MIGAS Balikpapan Agrees on Human Resources
          Development Cooperation Agreement in the Energy Sector
Jakarta - 23 November 2023, PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) took strategic steps in strengthening Human Resources
fundamentals by signing an MoU with the Balikpapan College of Oil and Gas Technology (STT Migas) which includes
Human Resources Development in the Energy Sector. The signing took place in the BoD Meeting Room, Graha Elnusa
Building, 16th Floor. It was attended by the Chair of STT Migas Balikpapan, the Chair of the Petroleum Engineering
Study Program, the Director of Human Resources & General Affairs of Elnusa, and all Elnusa Management who were
present.

Elnusa's partnership with STT Migas Balikpapan is also one of Elnusa's efforts to support the development of the
educational ecosystem to produce superior human resources in the oil and gas sector and other industrial fields. This
collaboration is of course also in line with the global agenda for sustainable development (SDG's) goal number 4,
namely Quality Education.

Chairman of STT Migas Balikpapan, M. Lukman, in his speech said, "The establishment of STT Migas cannot be
separated from the support of Elnusa. Until now, experts from Elnusa often provide practical knowledge to our
students. "Hopefully this collaboration will be a good first step towards achieving common goals and provide benefits
for both Elnusa and STT Migas," said Lukman

Director of Human Resources & General Affairs Elnusa Hera Handayani said "We believe that through this
collaboration, we will be a driver that will bring the world of education closer to the world of industrial practice.
Elnusa's fundamentals and track record with the capacity and capability as a trusted Energy Services company in
Indonesia can make a positive contribution in producing superior human resources," said Hera.

Hera added, "Elnusa will certainly continue to support the formation of superior workforce in the oil and gas industry,
as has been done so far by STT Migas Balikpapan," concluded Hera.
