Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sejak awal tahun 2023 hingga saat ini, Perseroan tengah
melakukan proses review Master Restructuring
Agreement (MRA) secara komprehensif kepada seluruh
kreditur baik kreditur Perbankan maupun
Pemegang Obligasi.
Pada September 2023, Perseroan telah menyampaikan
usulan final termsheet restrukturisasi kepada seluruh kreditur.
Hingga saat ini, Perseroan telah memperoleh persetujuan dari
mayoritas kreditur Perbankan yang mewakili lebih dari 80%
dari total outstanding utang Perseroan kepada kreditur
Perbankan.
Sementara untuk Pemegang Obligasi, Perseroan akan
menyampaikan usulan persetujuan restrukturisasi
melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Obligasi (RUPO) yang
diselenggarakan pada 22 dan 23 November 2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Apabila Perseroan telah memperoleh persetujuan dari seluruh
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kreditur baik kreditur Perbankan maupun Pemegang Obligasi,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, diharapkan ketentuan restrukturisasi akan berlaku efektif dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau implementasi atas skema restrukturisasi akan memberikan
Perusahaan Publik dampak positif bagi kondisi Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Since the beginning of 2023 until now, the Company has been
Facts in the process of comprehensively reviewing the Master
Restructuring Agreement (MRA) with all creditors, both
Banking creditors and Bondholders.
In September 2023, the Company submitted the final
termsheet proposal for restructuring to all creditors. As of now,
the Company has obtained approval from the majority of
Banking creditors, representing more than 80% of the total
outstanding debt owed by the Company to Banking creditors.
As for Bondholders, the Company will present the restructuring
approval proposal through the Bondholders' Extraordinary
General Meeting (EGM) held on November 22 and 23, 2023.
Impact of event, material information or If the Company has obtained approval from all creditors, both
facts towards Issuers or Public Banking creditors and Bondholders, it is expected that the
Company’s operational activities, legal, restructuring provisions will become effective, and the
financial condition, or going concern implementation of the restructuring scheme will have a positive
impact on the Company's condition.
