Pemegang Saham Setujui Perubahan Penggunaan Dana Hasil IPO,
RAAM Semakin Memperlebar Bisnisnya
Jakarta, 23 November 2023 – PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM) menggelar Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada hari Rabu kemarin (22/11/2023) di gedung
Multivision Tower, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan dengan agenda persetujuan perubahan pengunaan
dana hasil penawaran umum perdana saham (IPO) Perseroan.
RUPSLB Perseroan telah menyetujui perubahan penggunaan dana hasil IPO tersebut yang terbagi
atas 2 poin.
Poin pertama, selain untuk pembiayaan kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran, Perseroan
menambahkan penggunaan dana hasil IPO untuk investasi pada bidang usaha lain sebagai
penunjang pengembangan usaha Perseroan. Kedepannya, bisnis Perseroan akan semakin
terintegrasi dan memperluas ekosistem dalam industri perfilman.
Poin kedua, Perseroan tetap menggunakan dana hasil IPO untuk pembangunan dan
pengoperasian teater baru Platinum Cineplex (melalui anak usahanya: PT Platinum Sinema),
hanya saja Perseroan mengubah kota-kota tempat pembangunan bioskop tersebut karena
terdapat kota-kota lain yang dinilai lebih memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan usaha PT
Platinum Sinema. Dengan memperhatikan dinamika dan potensi bisnis, Perseroan juga
mengusulkan untuk tidak secara langsung menyebutkan nama kota-kota tersebut, namun
pembangunan dan pengoperasian teater baru akan tetap terfokus pada daerah-daerah di pulau
Jawa, Kalimantan, Sumatera dan Sulawesi.
RAAM menjadi production house yang tidak hanya memproduksi sinetron-sinetron dan film-film
besar serta legendaris di Indonesia, tetapi juga memiliki bisnis lain seperti distribusi film dan
pengoperasian bioskop Platinum Cineplex. Perseroan telah mendistribusikan berbagai film India
di Indonesia, Thailand dan Timor Leste dan menjadi yang terbesar dengan pangsa pasar lebih dari
95%. Selain itu Perseroan juga mendistribusikan film Indonesia dan film Hollywood ke berbagai
negara di kawasan Asia seperti Malaysia, Singapura, Vietnam dan Kamboja. Selain itu, Perseroan
juga telah memiliki 11 bioskop dengan nama Platinum Cineplex dan pada tahun 2024 berencana
untuk membangun 5 bioskop baru yang tersebar di beberapa kota di Indonesia.
Selain telah dikenal luas sebagai pelopor di industri perfilman Nasional, RAAM telah memiliki
bisnis yang saling terintegrasi dan kedepannya akan semakin memperluas dan memperkuat
ekosistemnya.
Dengan perubahan rencana penggunaan dana hasil IPO ini, Perseroan diharapkan akan semakin
memperkuat lini bisnisnya dan meningkatkan kinerjanya.

PRESS RELEASE Shareholders Approve Changes in IPO Fund Usage, RAAM Expands Its Business Further Jakarta, November 23, 2023 – PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) yesterday (22/11/2023) at the Multivision Tower in Kuningan, South Jakarta, with the agenda of approving changes in the utilization of the initial public offering (IPO) proceeds. The EGMS of the company approved changes to the use of the IPO proceeds, divided into 2 points. The first point involves not only financing production and marketing activities but also adding the use of IPO proceeds for investment in other business sectors to support the company's business development. Moving forward, the company's business will become more integrated and expand its ecosystem in the film industry. The second point highlights the company's continued use of the IPO funds for the construction and operation of new Platinum Cineplex theaters (through its subsidiary: PT Platinum Sinema). However, the company has changed the locations for cinema construction due to other cities being deemed more potential for PT Platinum Sinema's business development. Considering business dynamics and potential, the company also proposes not directly mentioning these city names, but the construction and operation of new theaters will remain focused on regions in Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra, and Sulawesi. RAAM has evolved into a production house that not only produces iconic soap operas and films in Indonesia but also ventures into other businesses such as film distribution and operating Platinum Cineplex cinemas. The company has distributed various Indian films in Indonesia, Thailand, and Timor Leste, becoming the largest distributor with a market share of over 95%. Additionally, the company distributes Indonesian and Hollywood films to various countries in the Asian region such as Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Furthermore, the company already operates 11 cinemas under the name Platinum Cineplex and plans to build 5 new cinemas in various cities across Indonesia by 2024. Beyond being widely recognized as a pioneer in the National film industry, RAAM has an integrated business model and aims to further expand and strengthen its ecosystem in the future. With this change in the plan for utilizing IPO proceeds, the company is expected to further strengthen its business line and improve its performance.
