3. | Uraian Informasi PT Pelayaran Nelly Anugrah merupakan anak Perusahaan yang dimiliki 5996 oleh Perseroan atau sebesar Rp. 59.000.000.000,- melepaskan kepemilikan Perseroan sebesar — Rp 10.000.000.000,- sehingga komposisinya sebagai berikut: 1. PT. PELAYARAN NELLY DWI PUTRI Tbk., selaku pemilik dan pemegang Rp.49.000.000.000,- atau sebesar 49Yo: 2. PT PERMATA BARITO SHIPYARD & ENGINEERING, selaku pemilik dan pemegang Rp. 51.000.000.000,- atau sebesar 51Yo, Bahwa hal ini sebagaimana tercatat dalam Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat No. 26 tanggal 11 Febuari 2026 dan SK Kemetrian Hukum dan HAM RI tanggal 18 Febuari 2026. PT Pelayaran Nelly Anugrah, a subsidiary 5996 owned by the Company, or IDR 59,000,000,000, has relinguished its ownership of the Company for IDR 10,000,000,000, resulting — in the following composition: 1. PT. PELAYARAN NELLY DWI PUTRI Tbk., as owner and holder of IDR 49,000,000,000, or 49Yos 2.
