Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Penjelasan terkait opini WDP tercantum pada LKT
2025, sebagaimana diungkapkan dalam Catatan 15 atas
laporan keuangan konsolidasian, Grup mencatat aset yang
belum digunakan dengan saldo sebesar Rp758.444.029.800
dan Rp952.013.931.006 per 31 Desember 2025 dan 2024.
Aset tersebut terdiri dari mesin dan peralatan pabrik yang
sampai saat ini belum digunakan serta telah tercatat di dalam
laporan keuangan Grup sejak tahun 2016. Pada tahun 2025,
aset tersebut telah dinilai wajar oleh Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik
dan Grup mencatat penurunan nilai atas aset tersebut sebesar
Rp236.034.767.166. Berdasarkan kondisi aset yang telah
lama tidak digunakan dan rencana operasional Grup, Akuntan
Publik tidak memiliki keyakinan yang memadai bahwa aset
tersebut akan memberikan manfaat ekonomi di masa yang
akan datang. Sebagai akibatnya, Akuntan Publik tidak dapat
menentukan apakah diperlukan penyesuaian terhadap laporan
keuangan konsolidasian Grup pada tanggal 31 Desember
2025.

Explanation of Qualified Opinion
Type of Material Information or Facts
Description of Material Information or Explanation regarding WDP opinion is stated in LKT 2025, as
Facts disclosed in Note 15 to the consolidated financial statements,
the Group recorded unused assets with balances of
Rp758,444,029,800 and Rp952,013,931,006 as of December
31, 2025 and 2024. These assets consist of machinery and
factory equipment that have not been used and have been
recorded in the Group's financial statements since 2016. In
2025, these assets were assessed fairly by the Public
Appraisal Service Office and the Group recorded an
impairment of these assets amounting to Rp236,034,767,166.
Based on the condition of the assets that have not been used
for a long time and the Group's operational plan, the Public
Accountant does not have sufficient confidence that these
assets will provide economic benefits in the future. As a result,
the Public Accountant cannot determine whether adjustments
are necessary to the Group's consolidated financial statements
