3. Uraian Informasi atau Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan
Fakta Material dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga keempat Obligasi III
Merdeka Battery Materials Tahun 2025 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo
pada 22 April 2026 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 7,50% (tujuh
koma lima nol persen) per tahun.
Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 22 April 2026.
Description of Material We would like to inform that the Company has prepared funds for the
Information or Facts payment of the principal and fourth interest of Bonds III Merdeka
Battery Materials Year 2025 Series A which will be matured on 22 April
2026 with a fixed interest rate at the amount of 7.50% (seven point five
zero percent) per year.
The aforesaid fund will be paid to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
(KSEI) before 22 April 2026.
