Tbk dengan Tn. Marhaendra untuk pembelian 359 saham PT
Pool Advista Sekuritas sebagaimana dimuat dalam Akta Jual
Beli Saham No. 22 tanggal 17 November 2023, dibuat di
hadapan Hestyani Hassan, SH, Mkn, Notaris di Jakarta.
Pembelian saham PT Pool Advista Sekuritas (secara
langsung) sebanyak 35.999 lembar (tiga puluh lima ribu
sembilan ratus sembilan puluh sembilan) lembar saham milik
PT Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk dengan nilai sebesar Rp.
37.125.329.380,- (tiga puluh tujuh miliar seratus dua puluh
lima juta tiga ratus dua puluh sembilan ribu tiga ratus delapan
puluh rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kejadian tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum dan keberlangsungan usaha Perusahaan Publik.

Pada tanggal AJB dana penjualan saham dari Antai Securities Limited Hongkong belum efektif diterima di rekening
Perseroan. Oleh karena itu AJB baru efektif pada saat dana diterima di rekening Perseroan yaitu pada tanggal 21
November 2023.

Purchase of shares in PT Pool Advista Sekuritas (directly)
totaling 35,999 shares (thirty five thousand nine hundred and
ninety nine) shares belonging to PT Pool Advista Indonesia
Tbk with a value of Rp. 37,125,329,380,- (thirty-seven billion
one hundred twenty-five million three hundred twenty-nine
thousand three hundred and eighty rupiah).

facts towards Issuers or Public and business continuity of the Public Company.
Company’s operational activities, legal,
financial condition, or going concern The sale of PT Pool Advista Sekuritas shares by the Company
has had a positive impact on the Company's financial
condition, where the proceeds from the sale can be used to
pay debts and support the Company's operational activities.
Other Information
On the AJB date, the funds from the sale of shares from Antai Securities Limited Hong Kong had not been
effectively received in the Company's account. Therefore, AJB will only become effective when the funds are
received in the Company's account, namely on November 21 2023.
