Lestari, berupa 1 unit kapal Tug Boat yang bernama Ocean
Hematite, oleh PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah, unit usaha
Perseroan.
Nilai perolehan atas 1 (satu) unit Kapal adalah sebesar
Rp4.500.000.000,00 (empat miliar lima ratus juta Rupiah).
Penjual dari Kapal tersebut adalah PT Kemas Sejahtera
Lestari, sebuah perusahaan yang didirikan berdasarkan
hukum negara Indonesia dan berdomisili di Jakarta, bukan
merupakan afiliasi dari Perseroan.
Pembeli atas Kapal yaitu PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah
merupakan entitas anak Perseroan dan perusahaan terkendali
Perseroan dengan kepemilikan langsung sebanyak 99,9%
(sembilan puluh sembilan persen).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembelian Kapal dilakukan untuk pengembangan usaha anak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan perusahaan Perseroan.

Facts Lestari, in the form of 1 unit of Tug Boat named Ocean
Hematite, by PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah, a business unit
of the Company.
The acquisition value of 1 (one) unit of the Vessel is
Rp4.500.000.000,00 (four billion five hundred million Rupiah).
The seller of the Vessel is PT Kemas Sejahtera Lestari, a
company incorporated under the laws of Indonesia and
domiciled in Jakarta, which is not affiliated of the Company.
The buyer of the Vessel is PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah, is
a subsidiary of the Company and a controlled company of the
Company with an indirect ownership of 99.9% (ninety nine
percent).
Impact of event, material information or Purchase of Vessel is carried out for the development of the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's subsidiaries
