VENTENY Description of Material Information or Facts yang Perseroan terima tanggal 9 November 2023, bahwa pelaksanaan perubahan kepemilikan PT Lampung Berkah Finansial Teknologi telah dilaksanakan dan dicatat dalam data administrasi Direktorat Perizinan Lembaga — Pembiayaan, Perusahaan Modal Ventura, Lembaga Keuangan Mikro dan Lembaga Jasa Keuangan Lainnya. Dengan ini, maka Perseroan memiliki sebanyak 5196 saham di PT Lampung Berkah Finansial Teknologi. In accordance with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) letter No. S-279/PL.021/2023 dated November 7", 2023, that the changes in ownership of PT Berkah Lampung Finansial Teknologi have been carried out and recorded in the administrative data of the Directorate of Licensing for Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions and Other Financial Services Institutions.
