Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa pada tanggal 16 November 2023, entitas anak
Perseroan yakni PT Udyana Rayja Sentosa (yang dimiliki oleh
Perseroan sebesar 99,99%), telah melakukan penandatangan
Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli (PPJB) dengan Tim Kurator PT
Asiapac Pancamakmur Abadi (dalam pailit) atas pembelian
sebidang tanah dan bangunan yang terletak di Jalan Segara,
Lingkungan Banjar Sawangan, Kelurahan Benoa, Kecamatan
Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung, Propinsi Bali, dengan Luas
total seluas 8.780 m, nilai atas transaksi tersebut yaitu sebesar
Rp. 85.000.000.000,- (delapan puluh lima miliar rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan menambah unit usaha perhotelan guna
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan meningkatkan sumber pendapatan Perseroan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Facts PT Udyana Rayja Sentosa (which is owned by the Company
by 99.99%), has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement
("PPJB") with the Curator Team of PT Asiapac Pancamakmur
Abadi (in bankruptcy) for the purchase of a plot of land and
building located at Jalan Segara, Banjar Sawangan
Neighbourhood, Benoa Village, South Kuta District, Badung
Regency, Bali Province, with a total area of 8,780 m, the value
of the transaction is Rp. 85,000,000,000,- (eighty five billion
rupiah).
