THE ANNOUNCEMENT
TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
It is hereby notified to the Company Shareholders of PT Bintang Mitra
Semestaraya Tbk (″the Company″) that the Company will convene the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”) in Jakarta on
Thursday, May 7, 2026.
Pursuant to the provision of Article 12 paragraph 13 (1) of the Company
Articles of Association, meeting announcement will be advertised in the e-
RUPS website, Indonesian Stock Exchange website and the Company website.
Pursuant to the provision of Article 14 paragraph 2 (3) of the Company
Articles of Association, shareholders entitled to attend or to be represented in
the meeting are the shareholders whose names are listed in the Company
Shareholder Register by April 14, 2026 at 16.00 WIB.
Proposals from shareholders will be included in the meeting agenda if they
satisfy the criteria set forth in Articles 12 paragraph 7 of the Company Articles
of Association and are received by the Board of Directors by no later than 7
(seven) days prior to the date of the meeting invitation.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 12 paragraph 11 of the Company's
Articles of Association, the Invitation to the Meeting will be held on April 15
2026 via the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System application
(easy.KSEI), the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, and the Company's
website.
