Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT MPX Logistics International Tbk melakukan
penandatanganan Perjanjian Kredit dengan PT Bank Central
Asia Tbk atas fasilitas kredit dari Bank berupa Kredit Investasi,
dengan total jumlah sebesar Rp.40.940.000.000 (empat puluh
miliar Sembilan ratus empat puluh juta). Kredit Investasi ini
akan digunakan untuk pembiayaan pembelian unit armada
truk tronton baru, pembangunan garasi dan bengkel
perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak kepada Perseroan atas fasilitas kredit yang diterima
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dari Bank:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, 1. Pembelian unit baru armada truk tronton untuk proyek IKN
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dan Jalan Toll.
Perusahaan Publik 2. Revenue atau pendapatan Perseroan meningkat sehingga
kegiatan usaha Perseroan berkembang.
