                      DI AMBANG KEMATIAN MOVIE WATCHED BY 3.3 MILLION
                       RAAM TARGETS NET PROFIT IDR100 BILLION THIS YEAR




Jakarta, November 17, 2023 - PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM), a film production and distribution
company and a pioneer in the Indonesian film industry, hosted an investor update event at Multivision
Tower by inviting several securities and organizing a movie screening of "Di Ambang Kematian". The movie
has hit the box office with a total of 3.3 million viewers and continues to draw in more audiences.

During the event held on 15 November 2023, the RAAM management revealed that until 2023, the
Company in its library has amassed over 15,000 hours of sinetron and more than 650 movie titles. The
Company also reveal that for Financial Year 2024 it has confirmed soap opera orders equivalent to 365
hours. Reviewing the 9M23 financial report, the company's revenue grew by 2% to Rp231 billion from
Rp226 billion in the previous period, with the majority coming from soap operas (47%) and films (22%).
Additionally, RAAM recorded a net profit attributed to the parent entity of Rp51 billion.

It's important to note that the film "Di Ambang Kematian" has broken records as the second-highest-
grossing movie this year. However, the earnings from this film haven't been recorded in the 9M23 financial
report, as the movie released on 28 September 2023 so the income of this movie will be recorded in Q4
and this projecting a substantial impact on the company's revenue and profits by the end of 2023.

Furthermore, the company aims for a net profit of Rp100 billion in 2023, supported by various revenue
sectors including ticket sales, film distribution, copyright sales of web series, and Sinetron all contributing
positively to the company's income towards the end of 2023. The Company will produce around 13 movies
in 2024.

RAAM continually adapts, developing its digital business line and has acquired a 35% stake in DMS+, an
OTT platform catering to horror enthusiasts created by the couple Demian Aditya and Sarah Wijayanto.
DMS+ has reached 1.3 million viewers and has been downloaded over 500,000 times, boasting an active
user base of 278,000.

The film industry has become one of the most captivating and dynamic sectors in the entertainment
world. Amid technological advancements and changing consumer preferences, public film companies
