Sebagai tindaklanjut atas permintaan yang Bapak sampaikan
melalui surat nomor: S-078179/BEI.PP3/09-2022 tertanggal 16
September 2022 yang kami terima pada tanggal 20
September 2022 melalui Sistem Pelaporan. Dimana secara
spesifik pada butir dua surat tersebut Perseroan diminta untuk
menyampaikan informasi secara kuartalan mengenai
perencanaan dan perkembangan atas realisasi perencanaan
terkait dengan jenis kegiatan usaha yang baru yang akan
dijalankan Perseroan. Oleh karena itu, bersama ini kami
bermaksud untuk menyampaikan informasi perkembangan
atas realisasi perencanaan kegiatan usaha baru yang akan
dijalankan oleh Perseroan sampai dengan kuartal 3 (tiga) 2023
atau per 30 September 2023 yang terlampir dalam surat ini.

S-078179/BEI.PP3/09-2022 dated 16 September 2022 which
we received on 20 September 2022 via the Reporting System.
Specifically, in point two of the letter, the Company is asked to
submit information on a quarterly basis regarding planning and
progress on the realization of plans related to new types of
business activities that the Company will carry out. Therefore,
herewith we intend to convey information on developments
regarding the realization of plans for new business activities
that will be carried out by the Company until the third quarter of
2023 or as of September 30, 2023 which is attached to this
letter.
