PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR CPINDRCK4A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (“CPIN”) pada tanggal 08
November 2023 tentang Jadwal Dividen Tunai Interim.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur CPINDRCK4A sebagaimana disebutkan dalam
Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang akan
dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur CPINDRCK4A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai Interim
karena jumlah penyesuaian kurang dari 2 % (dua persen) dari Harga Pelaksanaan dan/atau Rasio
Pelaksanaan yang diubah.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

ANNOUNCEMENT
TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT CPINDRCK4A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (“CPIN”) dated 8th
November 2023, relating to Interim Cash Dividend Schedule.
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant CPINDRCK4A as stated in the
Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be made to
structured warrant CPINDRCK4A pursuant to the Interim Cash Dividend as the adjustment amount is
less than 2% (two percent) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of CPINDRCK4A.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
