tidak akan melebihi 20% (dua puluh persen)
dari modal disetor dan paling sedikit saham
yang beredar adalah 7,5% (tujuh koma lima
persen) selama periode tanggal 22 Januari
2026 sampai dengan 15 April 2026. Dana
tersebut tidak termasuk biaya perantara
pedagang efek dan biaya lain yang berkaitan
dengan Pembelian Kembali Saham.

Sampai       dengan     tanggal   Keterbukaan
Informasi ini, Perseroan telah membeli kembali
saham sebanyak 36.406.300 (tiga puluh enam
juta empat ratus enam ribu tiga ratus) lembar
saham dengan nilai Rp1.056.340.137.312
(satu triliun lima puluh enam miliar tiga ratus
empat puluh juta seratus tiga puluh tujuh ribu
tiga ratus dua belas Rupiah).

Berdasarkan total pembelian kembali saham
tersebut, sisa dana pembelian kembali saham
Perseroan            adalah         sebesar
Rp943.659.862.688 (sembilan ratus empat
puluh tiga miliar enam ratus lima puluh
sembilan juta delapan ratus enam puluh dua
ribu enam ratus delapan puluh delapan
Rupiah).

Sesuai pertimbangan dari manajemen
Perseroan, Perseroan memutuskan untuk
menghentikan    pelaksanaan    Pembelian
Kembali Saham terhitung sejak tanggal 31
Maret 2026.

With reference to the Company’s Information
Disclosure regarding the Plan for Share
Buyback under Significantly Fluctuating Market
Conditions dated 22 January 2026, it was
disclosed that the Company would conduct a
share buyback with a maximum amount of
Rp2,000,000,000,000 (two trillion Rupiah),
which shall not exceed 20% (twenty percent) of
the paid-up capital, and with a minimum public
float of 7.5% (seven point five percent), during
the period from 22 January 2026 to 15 April
2026. Such funds exclude brokerage fees and
other costs related to share buyback.

Until the date of this Disclosure Information, the
Company repurchased a total of 36,406,300
(thirty-six million four hundred six thousand
three hundred) shares with an aggregate value
of Rp1,056,340,137,312 (one trillion fifty-six
billion three hundred forty million one hundred
thirty-seven thousand three hundred twelve
Rupiah).

                                                   Based on the total share buyback, the
                                                   remaining share buyback funds of the
                                                   Company is Rp943.659.862.688                 (nine
                                                   hundred forty-three billion six hundred fifty-nine
                                                   million eight hundred sixty-two thousand six
                                                   hundred eighty-eight Rupiah).

                                                   Considering the Company’s management’s
                                                   assessment, the Company has decided to
                                                   terminate the implementation of the share
                                                   buyback, effective on 31 March 2026.
