FAKTA MATERIAL/ saham PT. Makmur Berkah Hotel sebesar 6930 lembar saham atau sebesar
DESCRIPTION OF 99.00% dari 7000 lembar saham dimana nilai nominal per saham nya adalah Rp.
MATERIAL INFORMATION 1,000,000.00 (Satu Juta Rupiah) dari Anton Bahari selaku pemegang 6230 lembar
OR FACTS saham dalam PT. Makmur Berkah Hotel dan Tuan Abdul Munif sebesar 700
lembar saham dari seluruh modal yang ditempatkan and disetor penuh PT.
Makmur Berkah Hotel. Total nilai pembelian saham tersebut adalah Rp.
6,930,000,000.00 (Enam miliar sembilan ratus tiga puluh juta rupiah) dan di notariil
kan dihadapan Notaris Justin Sri Nugroho, SH, Mkn dengan nomer akta 20/2023
dan disahkan oleh kemenkumham No: AHU.AH.01.09-0184172. Sisa 70 lembar
saham atau sebesar 1% dibelii oleh Bpk. Johan Tedja Surya dengan harga
Rp.70,000,000 (Tujuh puluh juta Rupiah) dari Tuan Anton Bahari.
Tujuan dari transaksi tersebut telah sesuai dengan strategy perseroan dalam
pengembangan portfolio hotel dan meningkatkan asset perseroan.
Herewith the company has purchased a total of 6930 shares or 99% shares from
PT. Makmur Berkah Hotel out of 7000 shares with each shares is valued at Rp.
1,000,000.00 (One Million Rupiah) from Mr. Anton Bahari a total of 6230 shares
and Mr. Abdul Munif’s700 shares. The total value of the buyoout is at Rp.
6,930,000,000.00 (Six Billion Nine hundred and thirty million rupiah) in front of
Notary Justin Sri Nugroho, SH, Mkn with deed no 20/2023 and legalize by the
Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights No: AHU.AH01.0901841172. The
remaining 70 shares or 1% is bought by Mr.Johan Tedja Surya at Rp. 70,000,000
(Seventy Million Rupiah) from Mr. Anton Bahari.
The purpose of this transaction is in line with the Company strategy to expand the
Hotel Portfolio and increase The Company Asset.
