Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perusahaan memutuskan untuk menghapuskan piutang usaha
dari pembukuan Perusahaan per 25 September 2025 dengan
dasar pada tanggal 20 Oktober 2008 Perusahaan menerima
surat dari masing-masing debitur (PT. Supra Busanayasa
"SBY" dan PT Panca Brother Swakarsa "PBS") yang
menyatakan ketidaksanggupan untuk memenuhi kewajiban
pembayaran kepada Perusahaan.Penghapusan Piutang
Usaha
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penghapusan piutang ini tidak berdampak pada laba rugi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tahun ini, karena atas piutang tersebut telah dibentuk
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, cadangan penurunan nilai cecara penuh pada periode
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau sebelumnya.
