Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2026, Perseroan telah menerima surat
pemberitahuan dari Bapak Tonny Muksim, SE. MM terkait
rencana pengakhiran masa jabatan beliau selaku Direktur
Perseroan untuk memasuki masa pensiun. Selanjutnya,
Perseroan akan menjalankan ketentuan yang diatur dalam: (i)
POJK 33/2014, (ii) Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
15/POJK.04/2020 tentang Rencana dan Penyelenggaraan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perusahaan Terbuka; dan (iii)
Anggaran Dasar Perseroan, yakni dengan mengadakan Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan dan meminta
persetujuan dari pemegang saham Perseroan atas
pengakhiran masa jabatan Bapak Tonny Muksim, SE. MM
sebagai Direktur Perseroan sehubungan dengan pensiun
beliau. Mata Acara terkait hal ini akan diajukan dalam Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang jadwalnya akan
diinformasikan selanjutnya
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi atau fakta material ini tidak berdampak merugikan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan bagi kegiatan usaha, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau

Notice of retirement of a member of the Board of Directors of

Description of Material Information or On March 31, 2026, the Company received a notification letter
Facts from Mr. Tonny Muksim, SE, MM, concerning the conclusion of
his term of office as Director of the Company in connection
with his retirement. Subsequently, the Company will comply
with the provisions set forth in: (i) POJK 33/2014, (ii) Financial
Services Authority Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020
concerning the Plan and Conduct of General Meetings of
Shareholders of Public Companies; and (iii) the Companys
Articles of Association, namely by convening a General
Meeting of Shareholders of the Company and seeking
approval from the Companys shareholders regarding the
conclusion of the term of office of Mr. Tonny Muksim, SE, MM
as Director of the Company in connection with his retirement.
The agenda regarding this matter will be submitted at the
Companys General Meeting of Shareholders, the schedule of
which will be announced in due course
