Klarifikasi kebenaran pemberitaan tersebut khususnya mengenai rencana Perseroan untuk mengakuisisi Bank Muamalat Indonesia. / Clarification of the truth of the news, especially Company's plans for acguire Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Penjelasan / Explanation: Saat ini, Perseroan sedang mempersiapkan opsi untuk melakukan pemisahan atau spin-off Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS). Proses spin-off UUS menjadi Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) terus berjalan dengan mengkaji opsi yang paling efisien, mudah dan cepat dilaksanakan. Opsi pertama yaitu akan mendirikan perusahaan baru atau meminta lisensi baru untuk BUS, sedangkan opsi kedua yaitu melakukan akuisisi bank syariah yang sudah ada. Untuk melaksanakan opsi kedua, Perseroan sedang melakukan penjajakan dengan beberapa bank syariah yang ada dan terus berkomunikasi untuk mendapatkan penawaran terbaik. / Currently, the Company is preparing the option to separate or spin off the Sharia Business Unit (UUS). The UUS spin-off process to become a Sharia Bank is still in progress of reviewing the most efficient, easy, and guick-to-implement options. The first option is to establish a new company Or reguest a new license for Sharia Bank, while the second option is to acguire an existing Sharia bank. To implement the second option, the Company is currently exploring several existing Sharia banks and Continues to communicate to get the best offer. b. Rencana pengembangan Perseroan atas Unit Usaha Syariah Perseroan. / Company's development plans for sharia business units. Penjelasan / Explanation: Perseroan mempersiapkan berbagai opsi untuk melakukan spin-off unit usaha syariah (UUS). UUS Perseroan nantinya menjadi sebuah entitas yang mandiri sebagai anak perusahaan Perseroan di mana proses ini akan melibatkan pemisahan aset, manajemen, dan operasional UUS, sehingga entitas baru ini akan beroperasi secara terpisah dan fokus secara eksklusif pada prinsip-prinsip perbankan syariah. With this strategy, the Company can optimize its Sharia banking services to more effectively meet the needs of customers looking for Sharia banking products and services. c. Penjelasan / Explanation: Perseroan memiliki beberapa rencana aksi korporasi, salah satunya spin-off UUS. Rencana aksi korporasi dimaksud telah tercantum pada Rencana Bisnis Bank dan aksi korporasi dimaksud akan kami publikasikan setelah ada persetujuan dari Regulator. / The company has several corporate action plans, one of which is spin-off of the Sharia Business Unit.
