RUPS Tahunan memberikan kuasa kepada Dewan Komisaris untuk penunjukan AP dan KAP tahun buku 2023, surat
penunjukan lihat lampiran
Sebelumnya untuk audit laporan keuangan, Perseroan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Hadori Sugiarto Adi &
Rekan yang telah melakukan audit laporan keuangan Perseroan selama periode tahun buku 31 Desember 2018 sampai
dengan 31 Desember 2022

Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Hadori Sugiarto Adi & Rekan with Public Accountant
(Signing Partner), namely: Mrs. Yulianti Sugiarta CPA To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending
on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
The Annual GMS authorizes the Board of Commissioners to appoint AP and KAP for the 2023 financial year,

Previously, the issuer had appointed Hadori Sugiarto, Adi & Rekan as their Public Accounting Firm for the audit of the
financial statement for the year ended December 31, 2018 to December 31, 2022
