Pada tanggal 9 november 2023, anak-anak perusahaan Perseroan
yang secara langsung dimiliki 99Yo oleh Perseroan yaitu PT Arkora
Pembangkitan Hijau (“APH”) dan PT Arjuna Hidro (“AH”), telah
mendirikan Perusahaan baru yang bernama PT Arkora Hydro
Kalimantan (“PT AHK”).
Pendirian PT AHK tersebut telah dicatatkan dalam Akta Pendirian
Nomor 18 tanggal 09 November 2023, yang dibuat dihadapan
Darmawan Tjoa, S.H., S.E., Notaris di Jakarta Pusat dan telah
mendapatkan pengesahan sebagai badan hukum oleh Menteri
Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik melalui Surat Keputusan
No. AHU-0085858.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2023 tanggal 09 November
2023.
Dengan susunan pemegang saham sebagai berikut:

On November 9, 2023, The Company& subsidiaries which are
9916 directly owned by the Company, namely PT Arkora
Pembangkitan Hijau (“APH”) and PT Arjuna Hidro, have
established a company namely PT Arkora Hydro Kalimantan ("PT
AHK).
The establishment of PT AHK had been stated in the Deed of
Establishment Number 18 dated November 09, 2023, made before
Darmawan Tjoa, S.H, S.E, Notary in Central Jakarta and has
been approved as a legal entity by the Minister of Law and
Human Rights of the Republic through Decree No. AHU-
0085858.AH.01.01. TAHUN 2023 dated November 09, 2023.
