Through this letter PT Diastika Biotekindo Tbk (CHEK), hereby submits the 2026 Public Expose material along with the submission of the yearly financial statements audited ended December 31", 2025 (Audited). In this regard, the Company has fulfilled the annual Public Expose obligation in accordance with provision III.3.1 of IDX Regulation No. I-E, and does not conduct an annual Public Expose whether online or offiline, including does not submit the result of the annual Public Expose.
