Informasi Lain
Pembayaran dividen interim kepada pemegang saham asing /luar negeri akan dikenakan pemotongan Pajak
Penghasilan sesuai dengan ketentuan perpajakan yang berlaku.
Bagi pemegang saham yang sahamnya disimpan dalam penitipan kolektif PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (
KSEI ), pembagian/pembayaran dividen interim akan didistribusikan oleh KSEI tanggal 30 November 2023 melalui
Perusahaan Efek dan/atau Bank Kustodian di mana pemegang saham tersebut membuka rekening efek.
Konfirmasi/bukti pembayaran hasil pendistribusian dividen interim akan disampaikan oleh KSEI kepada Perusahaan
Efek dan/atau Bank Kustodian di mana pemegang saham membuka rekening efek. Sedangkan bagi pemegang
saham yang sahamnya tidak disimpan dalam penitipan kolektif KSEI (pemegang saham warkat/script), maka
pembagian dividen interim akan ditransfer langsung ke rekening bank milik pemegang saham yang bersangkutan.
Merujuk Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Pajak nomor PER-25/PJ/2018 tanggal 21 November 2018 tentang Tata Cara
Penerapan Persetujuan Penghindaran Pajak Berganda (P3B), batas waktu penyerahan ke KSEI dalam format
salinan digital (soft copy) atas dokumen bukti rekam atau tanda terima DGT/SKD yang telah diunggah ke laman
Direktorat Jenderal Pajak atas Wajib Pajak Luar Negeri (WPLN) untuk memperoleh tarif sesuai P3B, yaitu paling
lambat 3 (tiga) hari kerja sejak recording date.
Bagi pemegang saham yang sahamnya disimpan dalam penitipan kolektif KSEI, bukti pemotong pajak dividen
interim dapat diambil di Perusahaan Efek dan/atau Bank Kustodian di mana pemegang saham membuka rekening
efek.

Other Information
Payment of interim dividends to foreign/overseas shareholders will be subject to Income Tax withholding in
accordance with applicable taxation provisions.
For shareholders whose shares are placed in the collective custody of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI"),
the interim dividend distribution/payment will be distributed by KSEI on November 30, 2023 through the Securities
Company and/or Custodian Bank where the shareholder has opened a securities account. Confirmation/proof of
payment of the interim dividend distribution will be delivered by KSEI to the Securities Company and/or Custodian
Bank with which the shareholder has opened a securities account. As for shareholders whose shares are not kept in
the collective custody of KSEI (script shareholders), the interim dividend distribution will be transferred directly to the
bank account of the relevant shareholder.
Referring to the Regulation of the Director General of Taxes number PER-25/PJ/2018 dated November 21, 2018
concerning Procedures for the Application of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (P3B), the deadline for
submission to KSEI in the format of a digital copy (soft copy) of the DGT/SKD record proof document or receipt that
has been uploaded to the Directorate General of Taxes website for Foreign Taxpayers (WPLN) to obtain rates in
accordance with P3B, is no later than 3 (three) working days since recording date.
For shareholders whose shares are placed in the collective custody of KSEI, the interim dividend tax withholding slip
can be collected at the Securities Company and/or Custodian Bank where the shareholder has opened a securities
account.
