Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan ini kami sampaikan keterbukaan informasi emiten
sebagai berikut, Pada tanggal 08November 2023
Perjanjian/kontrak penting antara anak perusahaan PT. Tri
Banyan Tirta, Tbk (ALTO) yaitu PT. Tirtamas Lestari dengan
PT. Tirta Investama telah berakhir dan tidak di perpanjang.
Berdasarkan laporan Keuangan anak Perusahaan (PT.
Tirtamas Lestari) Periode Triwulan III Tahun 2023, PT. Tirta
Investama menyumbang 56,25% omset atau Rp. 81 Milyar
dari total omset anak perusahaan (PT. Tirtamas Lestari)
sebesar Rp. 144 Milyar. Secara konsolidasian perseroan
menyumbang 34,76% omset atau Rp. 81 Milyar dari total
omset perseroan sebesar Rp. 233 Milyar
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Terdapat penurunan omset baik secara anak perusahaan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan maupun secara konsolidasian dalam bulan-bulan berikutnya,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, tetapi manajemen memastikan akan menjaga kelangsungan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau usaha perseroan, selain daripada itu manajemen perseroan
Perusahaan Publik juga terus melakukan review atas kebijakan efisiensi baik
biaya operasional maupun biaya komersil secara menyeluruh
yang akan membuat perseroan menjadi lebih efisien dan
menjadi lebih baik di masa yang akan datang.

Description of Material Information or We hereby convey the disclosure of issuer information as
Facts follows, On 08 November 2023, an important
agreement/contract between a subsidiary of PT. Tri Banyan
Tirta, Tbk (ALTO), namely PT. Tirtamas Lestari with PT. Tirta
Investama has ended and will not be renewed.
Based on the financial report of the subsidiary (PT. Tirtamas
Lestari) for the third quarter of 2023, PT. Tirta Investama
contributed 56.25% of turnover or Rp. 81 billion from the total
turnover of the subsidiary (PT. Tirtamas Lestari) of Rp. 144
Billion. On a consolidated basis, the company contributed
34.76% of turnover or Rp. 81 billion from the company's total
turnover of Rp. 233 Billion
Impact of event, material information or There was a decline in turnover both as a subsidiary and as a
facts towards Issuers or Public consolidated company in the following months, but
Company’s operational activities, legal, management ensured that it would maintain the continuity of
financial condition, or going concern the company's business, apart from that, the company's
management also continued to review efficiency policies, both
operational costs and commercial costs as a whole, which
would make the company become more efficient and better in
the future.
